South Jersey Brazilian Jiu Jitsu has opened up its own exercise program to give YOU the same fitness experience as the men & women that train MMA & BJJ to stay lean, full body strong and ready for the next round!
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
With the use of REAL striking drills on heavy bags, footwork & endurance relays, and dynamic circuit training, no one class is the same! Classes are broken up to keep people engaged, while bodies are toned, fat cells are annihilated and stamina is built!
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Our exercise program was sought after, not just by our students & fighters, to stay lean & strong, but by their friends and families. We believe you don't have to TRAIN MMA & BJJ just to be in SHAPE like you do...so we opened our Fitness & Conditioning P
What do you love most about your job?
I love watching people commit to seeing challenged through...defying themselves and getting better, week after week. It is their progress that motivates us. When you can do today what you couldn't last month, that is our reward in our work.
