Yhanne's House of Cheesecakes, Berlin

When Yhanne proposed to his wife, Tiffany, he surprised her in more ways than one. On the night of the proposal, Yhanne created a special dinner, complete with a cheesecake he hand-crafted after making a few tweaks to an old recipe. As soon as Tiffany took a bite, she wanted to know where he had gotten the cheesecake from, and she didn't believe that he made it until he took her into the kitchen to see how he prepped everything. It was then that he proposed to her, surprising her for the second time that night.

Yhanne was so encouraged by Tiffany's reaction that he decided to open up his own dessert shop, Yhanne's House of Cheesecakes. He now creates cheesecakes in a variety of sizes and flavors, including the best-selling banana-pudding cheesecake and one infused with amaretto liqueur.
