UFC Gym's instructors include fitness professionals, as well as former martial artists. The facility includes a full-size octagon full weight room, cardio equipment, Brazilian jiu-jitsu mat area, and locker rooms with showers for both men and women. Training-session sizes are kept to a minimum to ensure personal attention to each member.
