Dirty. Drinks were warm. No signs to get to location. ...no customer service.

Personnel were very difficult to deal with over the phone and email. They were argumentative and gave conflicting information several times. They also were very unaccomodating in rescheduling due to their ship breaking down. They would not allow a refund, either.

It was much better than Gateway Clipper tours's. The information provided by the tour guide was more entertaining and the experience was overall better. I highly recommend this business.

The boat was a bit old and the bathroom smelled like death but the captain and his mate were funny and I liked the way the windows and seating were situated.
