People were friendly. But you get what you pay for. I had some spots on the rug that didn't come up with the steam clean and no effort was made to try to clean them up.

My carpet is a light shade of beige and I had it cleaned by Sears Carpet Cleaning for the first time today. They by far have done the most effective job to date.

Waste of money,They called and gave me a 9-12 window when they didn’t show it I called they said no it’s 11-2 now !When they arrived the one guy was very rude saying we’re gonna ran him behind schedule because we didn’t move the books they’re not moving anything from its place even though the lady said everything except bed with headboards we paid 162$ for 30m of bad service stains still all over
