At the age of 10, while other kids were out skipping rope and trying to induce growth spurts by hanging upside-down on the monkey bars, Susan Crescini had already completed her first 10K race. She'd also already placed first in state in the 400-meter run. It was clear then that Susan was a fitness fanatic, and she's carried that passion into her '40s—competing in various figure competitions and running Destination Hard Body Boot Camp.

Susan leads clients through a vigorous program designed to zap fat and build lean muscle. Each of Susan's boot-camp sessions differs from the last. One day, she has students doing box jumps; the next, she has them flipping tires. All that diversity means Susan's boot camps target a wide variety of areas, from balance, strength, and stability to speed and agility.
