Krispino's founders—the Amous siblings—built their restaurant on the solid foundation of two much-loved American dishes: hamburgers and pizza. Their chefs ensure freshness and rich flavor by sourcing all of their meat from the butcher shop they share space with, and grinding each burger patty in-house from hormone-free meat. They also top pies with zesty Mediterranean ingredients such as chicken shawarma, and preparing each dish according to halal and kosher specifications—even topping sandwiches with turkey bacon. Guests savor the crowd-pleasing favorites, such as the Krispino's traditional pizza, smothered in chicken, mushrooms, peppers, and tikka sauce, or the famous Burger Extra—a smorgasbord of veggies, pickles, and special sauce atop a half-pound beef patty.
