It's the Plano kids martial arts program everyone's raving about because we blend self-defense, fitness, and life skills into one heck of a fun experience for kids of all ages. Focusing, goal setting, self-discipline and self-respect. Kids change for the better and parents couldn't be happier.

What's one tip for first-time students that will make them feel like veterans?
Beginners welcome! Everyone feels nervous the first day anywhere when new. Everyone here is to support and encourage you! Relax and have fun! For literally thousands of years, martial arts have been taught to children around the world. Martial arts help kids grow into great adults.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Bottom line. I LOVE the martial arts! I began this journey in 1976, that's 40 years ago and still going strong! I wanted to share this awesome passion of mine with the world. I focus on the student's outcome and not our income. I Just love the martial arts and I hope to share it you!

What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing the changes in student's physical appearance and mental strength! The rewards are seeing people becoming the powerful beings they were created to be! Confident, strong, energized, fulfilled and the best is the joy I see in their faces and the glow they have after a great class!
