Massage therapy has been a life-long passion for Yoga Massage 4ever's founder, who can remember helping her family and friends overcome pain when she was just a little girl. After years of training and learning about the human body, her passion solidified into her own massage therapy business, where she performs a wide variety of modalities to help clients recover from chronic discomfort. She's also a registered yoga instructor who regularly leads classes with the goal of teaching students to calm their minds and be aware of their own bodies.
