We have a playlist of the best songs, we also do the workout with you because two is way better than one. The energy is always high, and the smiles are never-ending.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Our passion for helping others has driven us to start F.P.R. The fitness sector is full of scams, and we want to shed light on the true beauty within while working the negativity out. After training with us we want you to feel like a superstar because after all, you absolutely are!

What do you love most about your job?
Being outside around amazing people! we train at the park and the beach so its always something new and exciting happening. Being outside keeps the workouts fresh and exhilarating.
