This place is awesome! It is very clean and the staff are very friendly! The workout machine tracks your progress with a USB key and it customizes your own program! Great concept! Definitely recommend it to everyone I know!

I'm so happy I purchased this Groupon. This gym is so much more. While simple in appearance it offers a personalized service I've never found at the big name places. In my 30 day membership I dropped 3 points off my BMI. Which is amazing. I feel lighter, stronger, better in all ways. I'm booked

The staff is nice & professional. Derek is very helpful - he was my trainer & he explained everything along the way. They even have fruits for their clients - for a pre/ post work out snack. The club itself - I love - in 2 days - I was already my resistance & core were getting strong. I love the idea of the software workout - it teaches you the right posture,how fast / how slow. You will love it.
