What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I was selling and producing radio commercials and felt a need to fill that ugly void ON-HOLD with something more productive. I saw a need and wanted to fill it! Today, some 25 Years later, I am proud to say we are an INC 5000 Company with over 40,000 Clients Nationwide!

What do you love most about your job?
I love hearing our clients rave about getting a SALE from something we mention in their ON-HOLD program. I also enjoy working creatively with clients identifying their needs and creating a program that makes a difference in their business!

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
Wow!! We get compliments all the time. Narrowing it down is difficult. I love the ones we get that benefit from cross-promotion. How we get more Facebook likes by directing callers there. I also love the compliment that we keep callers entertained and educated while they are waiting!
