Kayla Brugger began her yoga journey at a young age but her passion for the practice grew many years later. After college, she completed her 200-hour yoga and reformer Pilates level I & II. She is passionate about keeping the body in peak performance shape at all ages and discovered yoga and Pilates are the key to living an injury free life! Kayla specializes in taking workouts outside onto the water teaching stand up paddleboard (SUP) yoga sculpt classes at Shady Oak Beach in Minnetonka.
