What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? We keep the workouts fun, exciting and challenging. We do not have a militaristic view of fitness. Our atmosphere is welcoming, friendly and safe! Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged? Different muscles are targeted for optimal toning and fat burning results. We always do a Core Crusher at the end of each workout to make sure we are ready for Summer! What was the inspiration to start or run this business? We love helping people get where they want to go in their fitness journey. It's easy to show them the way, but keeping our fit family motivated is what we are good at!
