Island Athletics, Port Washington

Housed in an industrial garage peppered with weights, hanging rings, and boxing bags, Island Athletics would be pretty intimidating if not for its motivating, friendly staff of experienced trainers. Helming CrossFit classes that aim to build strength and endurance, the Island coaches employ multiple disciplines of fitness, everything from gymnastics to jumping rope, to yield visible results in their clients. And, in addition to these group courses, the Island team also offers semi-private training and open gym hours for those looking for a more individualized experience.
