Linda Wood-Hoyte’s defined muscles almost glow. Her sleek physique radiates a youthful vigor that comes as the result of 29 years of bodybuilding. At 69 years old, Linda shepherds others through their own body-sculpting transformations, dispensing her know-how on nutrition and personal training in Wolves Den Boot Camp’s brightly colored studio. In addition to Linda, Wolves Den enlists other trainers, including Terrance, who started kickboxing at the age of 17 and is now a five-time US Kickboxing Association Champ in three weight classes. Wolves Den Boot Camp students tone muscles and build endurance and stamina in group settings, in one-on-one sessions, and in sneak-attack nighttime lessons.
