What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

I started Smile Labs PDX because of my positive experience with this process. I've always had problems with gum and teeth sensitivity with any type of teeth whitening I've tried. I also have a difficult time with teeth trays and just can't use them. I've never had luck with at-home products due to compliance or because of the lack of quality of the product and I could never afford to have it done at the dentist. I had this process done and was not only amazed at the results, but was blown away that I had absolutely no pain or sensitivity afterward! I had such a wonderful experience that I decided to dedicate myself to affordable, effective, and pain free cosmetic teeth whitening! That's how much I believe in the Smile Labs PDX process!

I love that I always hear how impressed and happy people are after having our teeth whitening process done.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

There have been many but I’ve had a customer hug me because she was so happy with the results! If I can make someone feel good about themselves and confident, then I am happy.
