At C.W. Baggenstos Farms, holiday shoppers don't pick their Christmas trees out of a lot. Instead, they pick them from a living grove of 8,000 Noble firs, which run up to 12 feet tall. Once a visitor find her favorite, the team chops, bales, and loads it, while the client watches satellite TV by a toasty wood stove, or mingles with a petting zoo's-worth of farm animals.
