Every class is different. Different wine, different experience. Open your mind and try new things to develop a palette.

Wayne really knows his wine. His shop has a good variety of low production wines, and he could certainly make recommendations for you based on preferences. However, I didn't learn much at the class. The wines we had were great, and appetizers were good, but if your goal is knowledge, look elsewhere. I would, however, recommend his shop.

I thought it was a great experience. Loved the wine I tasted, want to go back and do it again, as I think it changes each time. Very cozy place that felt comfortable and relaxed. I would have liked to know more about the wine itself than the region it came from, and how to pair it with food.

What a great and lively time! Wayne and Camille are so knowledgeable but so entertaining when they teach what they know. They have a great wine club that I joined and I bet taking his wine tour would be a riot!
