The Bar Method - Kansas City – West Plaza, Westwood

The Bar Method is a single full-body workout—but in a way, it seems more like four workouts. The class—which takes place at the ballet barre and on mats—blends interval training, toning isometrics, dance conditioning, and elements of physical therapy. Participants improve posture and work all the major muscle groups at the West Plaza, Leawood. The Bar Method also transforms physiques—flattening abs, toning arms, and slimming thighs.
