When Karishma began her search for new means of health and wellness, she discovered that several ancient cultures believed that the body should be cleaned regularly—both inside and out. That search inspired her work at Om Hydrotherapy, where her gravity-based colon-hydrotherapy sessions help restore her clients' guts to their factory-issue condition. During each session, a stream of warm, filtered water carries away waste and toxins, which can build up to due to poor digestion, lack of dietary fiber, dehydration, and excess consumption of processed foods. Once this build-up is flushed away, the colon can better absorb incoming minerals and nutrients, leaving clients feeling lighter and clearer.
