About Ira Wahrman L.Ac
What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We offer acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, tuina massage plus many other adjunct therapies. Ira Wahrman has studied all aspects of Chinese medicine in the United States and during twelve trips to China. All patients are treated as an individual and each treatment is tailored to the needs of each patient. There is never a one size fits all approach..
What inspired you to start or run this business?
The inspiration to open this practice was to help people improve their physical, mental and emotional health. More and more people are looking for less invasive ways to take care of their health. Patients want treatment without any negative side effects. Acupuncture and Chinese medicine not only offer treatment for disease but will also improve your sleep, digestion, lower your stress levels and generally make people feel happier. This is a great gift to give to people.
What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer?
The best reaction from a customer is when they are relieved and overjoyed at the fact they can avoid surgery or medication. Many patients come in very skeptical about Chinese medicine. As they continue with treatment they become very grateful and appreciative at how much acupuncture and Chinese medicine has actually help them.
What’s your favorite part about your job?
While treating patients with acupuncture and Chinese medicine Ira has found many patients have gone to every specialist to find relief for their health concerns. Many of them lose hope in the process when they are unable to find help . Often times acupuncture and Chinese medicine will offer them relief. This gives people a sense of hope. Seeing patients feeling hopeful again and happy is what Ira loves most about this work.*
