What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
The Enso Movement gym is designed for athletes to safely explore movement and challenge their strength and skill. There’s over 5,500 square feet of space to run, jump, flip, lift, and climb! Several opportunities are currently being offered to learn with qualified instructors.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Our coaching allows athletes to achieve their individually-tailored goals in a constantly changing environment that has them adapting their skills and mindsets. We aim to build strong-spirited athletes that enjoy exploring strength, balance, coordination, spatial awareness, confidence, and more.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We spread our passion for parkour and freerunning because we know our sport improves the lives of individuals. Our experience shows that positive exposure challenges people to commit to their health and fitness, set and achieve goals, and to have more fun in their daily lives.

What do you love most about your job?
We love that the gym is always changing which allows for our students to overcome new obstacles, build strength, and boost to their confidence. We're constantly surprised by how much we learn through coaching our students. It's an amazing opportunity for us and we can't put a price on that.
