Kindred Kids Yoga, Raleigh

There are two things Kindred Kids Yoga has that you might not find in other yoga studios: puppets and art. The yoga instructors use these methods during kid classes, where parents and kids perform poses and learn yoga together through creative processes. They begin with students as young as 2 and advance them through classes for kids as old as 12. The sessions involve yoga practice as well as exercises that help strengthen the body and build self-awareness, control, and confidence. They also have flow classes for adults, during which students move through asanas designed to boost physical strength and mental clarity.
