The purpose of YoBa Studio is to provide a space to get you out of your head and into your heart. Our team is here to serve and take care of this community. When you come to any of our classes, you can expect to encounter intentional movement, radiant heat (both warmth inside the room and through our team's welcoming) as well as musically driven experiences that allow you to drop fully into your body. While every day is a new and different day for your body, your heart and your mind, one thing that we can guarantee here at YoBa Studio, is that you belong.
