What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
ALL of our classes are taught by Pro dancers so you don't have to be! Not only does this help to prevent injury but these teachers are experts on getting you looking and feeling great! We also offer massage, nutritional consultation and facials. Unity is where it all comes together!

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We are always adding new exercises and the music rocks! Think ballet gone crazy! In our Unity Barre class we are using "ballet" placement but change it up using house music and lots of fun props!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Unity is a combination of all my experiences. As a dancer, fitness trainer, and nutritionist I could see how when all these elements came together my clients and myself ...we felt great! We are a mom and pop studio and I love the freedom to personalize what each person needs. Unity is a family!

What do you love most about your job?
Helping people. If I kick their but in class and I see that look of accomplishment, if they are in pain and our amazing massage therapist can make them feel better. In burlesque class, watching all these ladies rock it and dance even if they never have before. At the end of the day we are helping!
