Takemusu Mixed Martial Arts, Red Bank

The expert instructors of Takemusu Mixed Martial Arts lead students of all fitness levels through a variety of classes. They teach children discipline and bully avoidance through martial-arts classes and help adults advance through the belt levels with classes for all levels in techniques that include tae kwon do, jujitsu, and wooden-sword training. In addition to classes that focus on technique, they also offer group fitness classes and personal training to help keep students in peak fighting condition.
