At the Wobble Before You Gobble 5K, Thanksgiving day gets off to an unusually healthy start as runners, joggers, and walkers enjoy early morning fitness before the afternoon feast with the family. This zippy 5K course, which is also wheelchair and stroller friendly, kicks off at 8 a.m. and circles the greenery of Idlewild Park, giving families and supportive fans a little scenery before a day of gluttony. The race goodie bag includes a T-shirt, awards are doled out in male and female categories, and all finishers receive a finishing medal, which will likely be covered in gravy and cranberry sauce by the day's end.
