What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
As a lifelong professional educator and lover of fitness, it an opportunity to share my knowledge and experiences to help others achieve a healthy and fit lifestyle well in to their later years.

What do you love most about your job?
I take great pride and pleasure in helping others obtain the freedom in life of being fit and healthy so they may have a better quality of life for years to come.
