Seattle Majestics, Renton

A 13-year veteran of the Women's Football Alliance—an 11-on-11 full-pad American tackle football league—the Seattle Majestics are not only Seattle's premier women's tackle football team, they are also one of the top teams in the nation, having won the WFA's Pacific Northwest Division title three times. The Majestics players dedicate countless hours to the sport, with practices starting in January, a regular season running April through June, and post-season games through August, but they are equally committed to having a positive impact off the field. The Majestics make appearances at elementary schools and Boys & Girls clubs to promote athletics for women and girls and they donate their time and effort to charity organizations including Habitat for Humanity and the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
