Massage is often regarded as a luxury, but for therapist Jenn Myers, it's a path to wellness. Certified in four modalities—and well versed in six more including Swedish, sports medicine, deep tissue, reiki, and oncology massage —Myers helps clients overcome everything from back pain to sports injuries. While she's certainly proud of these accomplishments, she's perhaps more proud of using massage to help clients overcome issues that are harder to see, such as depression, anxiety, and even medication dependence.
