Kate Johnson has long been passionate about natural wellness, taking an active role in her family’s nutrition while she home-schooled her three kids. These include myofascial release and craniosacral therapy, as well as prenatal treatments for those dealing with pregnancy-related pains. She also offers a high-tech photonic wand therapy treatment—this treatment eschews kneading fingers for a handheld apparatus that emits a high-frequency red light. The light penetrates deep into tissues to help improve blood flow, encourage cellular repair, and ease pain.
