Mrs. Sir is owned by Lauren Villanella, who began her career as an elementary school teacher. During the 2020 pandemic, she noticed a shift in emotional health and started exploring wellness practices like yoga, meditation, Tarot, Reiki and sound healing. Combining her teaching principles with her love for wellness and balance, she now offers a unique educational experience for both children and adults.
