Big Boss II, Forest Park

When Chef Lee's father was growing up, having enough food for the family was a challenge to say the least. A full day's work only got him a handful of mixed grains, which would have to be split between 15 people. He always thought that if you got to eat a full meal every day, that made you a "big boss." Today, Chef Lee honors that sentiment by creating enormous pan-Asian dishes at Big Boss II.

There, patrons will find savory ramen filled with hulking lobster tail and steak dinners that can satisfy the biggest hungers. A treasure trove of traditional and signature sushi rolls is also available, each artfully plated with such verdant garnish as sculpted lemon rind and fresh-cut orchid blooms.
