Some riders want to focus on endurance & strength, work out. Many are focused on dropping their weight. Still others just want to tune out of a heavy world into music and movement to reset themselves. At CycleBar, all of these goals can be achieved in our indoor cycling classes. All classes are accessible to all fitness levels, ages 13 and up. Class playlists are motivating, sometimes high-octane but always carefully-curated mixes of Top 40 hits and indie tracks. Regardless of theme and tunes, all sessions have one key thing in common: you will receive an email copy of the playlist so you can constantly be experiencing new music and our high-tech stationary bikes will capture your effort to help you keep track of your progress. Our cycle theater is the perfect space for both new riders to feel comfortable getting themselves acclimated as well as ride veterans to let it rip and leave it all on the bike
