What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Founded in 1985, the dream came to life by the hands of James William Costilow Sr. From the beginning his goal has been to build a family oriented company that is honest and reliable. We are proud of what Jim & Sons stands for today.

What do you love most about your job?
A lot of times we are plumbing heroes in the eyes of our customers. When the toilet is clogged, or you can't shower because your water heater is out...we love coming to the rescue for our customers! Not only do we love to help, but we love that our prices are low enough for our customers to afford!

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
Well, we love all of our customers feedback. One customer took pictures of our plumbers on the job, she emailed them to us with the caption, "Two of the finest plumbers in Riverside, CA totally awesome, they do above and beyond expert work at the best prices in town!"
