Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
This in NOT your ordinary class. It's a unique workout dedicated to hardworking women who want to get fit. We incorporate core training, cardio, strength, sport drills, plyometrics & more to create a fun and challenging workout. Attendance is rewarded, ladies nights, volunteer events & more!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I love to run, but that hasn't always been the case, and no, it hasn't always been easy! With each pregnancy, I kept running (probably more out of the fear of stopping), and with each child it proved more and more difficult to make the time - the excuses can come easily! Enter Moms On The Run!

What do you love most about your job?
I have learned the hard way with 5 kids that I need to carve out some time for myself...for my health (mind, body and soul) to refresh, recharge and connect FACE-TO-FACE with other women. We connect, we laugh, we cry, and we get fit! That little added bonus. Present your Groupon to your first class.
