What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? We're trying to change the Yoga culture at Eternal Bliss. Our classes are about function and not flash. We offer classes that any person on the planet can do and not just the young and flexible. We're not about clothing and juices, we just want to help in any way we can. Become part of the family.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged? This isn't about exercise. This is about breathing and stretching. What keeps them motivated is the feeling that comes after each class. A sense of peace, calm, and clarity you might feel. Maybe you notice a new found youthful energy. And people come back for the personal connection they make here.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business? Yoga changed my life from a very negative existence to a fulfilling, positive one. I had no purpose, I couldn't sleep, I was angry and didn't care. Yoga changed all that. I saw so many people in pain, physically, emotionally, and mentally—trapped in their bodies and mind. I wanted to help.

What do you love most about your job? Meeting people! I love to hear your story and share mine and together try to create the life we want to have: a pain-free blissful life!
