At R.E.S.T. Float Spa we provide an environment free from gravity, light, noise and touch allowing specific areas of the brain to engage in healing, self-improvement and creativity by floating in one of our float pods or float rooms.

The Science behind Floating:

Floating can reduce the levels of the stress hormone cortisol which helps bring the body back to homeostasis. Lack of homeostasis is the cause for most common day illnesses.

• The Anti-Gravity Explanation: 90% of our central nervous system is occupied by gravity. By freeing our brain and skeletal system of this pulling of gravity in the pods we can liberate most health problems like bad backs, sagging abdomens, aching feet and joint/muscle tension.
