What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Being in the industry for over 6 years I decided that i wanted to help the customer by providing a better service than what was currently being offered.
What do you love most about your job?
Being able to make my customer happy and the move stress free as possible.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
A lady I recently helped had sent her husband to a discount furniture store and he purchased the wrong couch. I returned the wrong couch and brought them back the correct piece of furniture. She was so appreciative and and beyond happy. This felt very rewarding.
