What do you love most about your job?
The passion for tech in our office is through the roof. From taking an extra ten minutes and fully cleaning every device before it leaves, to the photo updates and quick text messages to the customer throughout the repair process. We take the extra step. Whats not to love?

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
Genuine thankfulness for our honesty. We always provide any part that was replaced to the customer, as well as before and after photos of device internals.
