They have a unique ability to make you feel safe at all times, confident in your own abilities and comfortable enough to embrace yourself in whatever way you choose to follow your pole journey. 

Here at Rise we hold dear the community full of accepting, strong and encouraging people who have all come together under our roof. We whole heartedly believe that pole is for every body. No matter your age, fitness experience, goals, or anything else- you are welcome here.
