They do not answer calls. I can not book appointments. I bought 6 sessions and have wasted money.

I had a lot of trouble booking the appointment so I was a little nervous that it was not legit. However when the I got to speak to a manager she took take of the booking. Once I arrived the experience was professional and very relaxing. I was very pleased with my experience overall and the manager did a great job of turning around a bad start to the experience.

It is very rude to change somebody's masseuse without calling them and letting them know. Especially if you change the masseuse from a female to a male.
