What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We are a family friendly gym, that focuses on keeping our clients as the number one priority. Classes are designed weekly with current members in mind, to ensure a safe, fun and challenging workout for every fitness level. Classses are easy to attend thanks to our on site kids room (TV, Couch, desk)

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Our members are part of a private Facebook group to help keep everyone motivated and on track with attendance + nutrition. If members miss three classes in a row without letting the coach know we will check in to see what we can do to help!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
As a staff, we realized the need for a high quality year round Bootcamp in our area! It is our goal to work with as many clients as we can, so we can have a positive impact on our communities overall health and fitness!

What do you love most about your job?
Waking up each morning knowing we have the ability to truly change peoples lives! Helping a client who is overweight and sick transform into a healthy, strong, confident individual is priceless. Or having a young shy teen break out of his/her shell and become excited about working out!
