What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

Mother & daughter team Karen & Sam had been dreaming to open a studio together for decades. They tried every class from NYC to LA and beyond. Low impact interval training simply did not exist. This perfect fusion is key for sustainability. Always up for a challenge, they knew what they had to do.

What do you love most about your job?

Not only do we get to wear activewear everyday, but we get to inspire people to reach new goals physically and mentally. We are responsible for the incredible transformations of our clients. We help people feel stronger and live better lives. We'll never stop inventing effective workouts for you.
