Founded by Michigan-raised entrepreneur and investor Keiichi Sato, Kaizen Ramen offers authentic ramen dishes prepared from high-quality ingredients. Its staff uses modern machines such as the Yamato noodle maker (sei-menki), a refractometer that measures the thickness of the broth, and mechanical agitators that affect the releasing of flavor and collagen from pork and chicken bone to provide guests with a one-of-a-kind dining experience. Apart from the classics, the restaurant menu includes vegan ramen and gluten-free noodles made from brown rice and millet.
