What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
9Round is different because it includes everything you need: a full-body workout that’s fast, effective and fun. There are personal trainers to help you, and expert nutritional guidance. Also, our members love that we have no class times, so you're never late! Circuits start every 3 minutes.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Every day is a new workout, so your body is always challenged, and you never get bored. We offer a kickboxing themed fitness program that incorporates a functional, interval, cardiovascular, & circuit training regimens. Trainers are always there to guide, motivate and push you through every workout.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
After college we found ourselves working in an office still wanting an active lifestyle, which lead to helping friends, family and people in our community to pursue their own health and fitness goals. Our mission at 9Round is to motivate and encourage people to have an active and healthier lifestyle

What do you love most about your job?
Seeing all the transformations! We don't call our members "members" they are 9Round family! We love hearing, "I Lost 10lbs!" "I am at the weight before I had a baby!" "I can hold a plank for the whole active rest!" The list goes on and on and that's what motivates us to be there for our 9R family!
