Since those humble beginnings, Mellow Me Out, recipients of a Sacramento Reader's Choice Best Day Spa award and located at Arden Way near Watt Avenue features amenities such as a Mermaid Room with saltwater fish and a Jungle Room which is adorned with a safari tent. The team of therapists delivers skin, hair, nail, and massage services that earned the business several awards over the past 14 years in business.
