FridaFIT keeps clients motivated by maintaining a positive and energetic environment while pushing them beyond what they could accomplish on their own.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I've always has a passion for health and wellness. I reached a point in my life where it was time for me to take a risk and go after my dreams. I LOVE what I do!

What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people become the best version of themselves. When a client thanks you for providing them with the tools needed to reach their goals, that's the ultimate reward.
