In the battle against childhood obesity, Pros of the Rope is on the front lines. Their trainers get kids up and moving during parties and school programs with the help of the humble jump rope. Kids build coordination, burn off excess energy, and build friendships during games of Double Dutch and other activities. While the trainers gear the sessions toward fun, they also help kids blast through timidity and insecurity by setting the kinds of high expectations that can do wonders for confidence when they're met.
